Went in with a party of 7. It took a little while to get seated and get chips. The waiter did a good job but looked like he had to many tables to really give anyone his best service. They seem under staffed and they really weren't that busy either. Food was good same as other Tumbleweeds.

Similar to what nearly everyone else has said in other reviews, this restraunt and the others in the chain are garbage. I ordered the fajitas today. I'm positive the peppers and onion came from a can. It tasted and looked quite similar to rotting trash and vomit. Buyer beware. Absolutely awful and a complete embarrassment to food. One can see why the chain is struggling financially. Try using fresh vegetables or not cooking the food a week in advance. Robert

10 years ago this was 5 stars easy. It was a struggle to give it 2. Somehow the food quality has gone down and prices went up. So so service. They can bring the food out in record time but if it doesnt taste good what's the point. It tastes like much of the food is pre packaged and reheated. The restaurant is still nice. Just a shame they allowed what was once a quality resturaunt let it become sub par.

We went for lunch and service was way too slow. Food was average and price was too high considering.

I hate to diss an entire chain, even if it's local, but yuck. This place does generate a lot of traffic, and that's scary. The "salsa" tastes ketchup based. The beef is overcooked. It doesn't taste like any Mexican food I've ever eaten (or Tex-Mex). It's one step up from McDonald's. Actually it's McDonald's with table service.

Usually a good place but tonight customers were getting upset because the line is out the door and they wouldn't even take your name for a wait list!

Great food and service. Love the Queso, and sirloin steaks. Best margaritas in town!

Slow rude service... Place was just dirty looking. Trash all over the floor and no one seemed to care. Food came out wrong and all the waitress could say was the kitchen isn't what it used to be. Hostess was just sloppy and very rude... I know there aren't a lot of places to eat in the knobs but please pass on this place.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
